Many teens share similarities in their lifestyles, desires, goals, and expectations. However, everyone is different in how they process and utilize information to use in their everyday lives. It is an exciting yet also quite stressful time in their lives. Academic, social, and athletic competition and expectations are higher than they have ever been before. Working with teens I have seen huge advancements in their family dynamics, sport, academics, and social life. Learning these tools in an early age doesn’t only benefit them in the immediate future, but more importantly establishes proper mindset and belief system that they carry with them into early adulthood.

I specialize in creating a program specifically tailored to meet each individual. No two situations are exactly the same, and therefore I work cohesively with the teen to find exactly where the mental block exists and structure a plan to work though it and gain access to their full potential. In my years of experience working with many different individuals from every possible background, I have learned many techniques to guide individuals from where they are to where they want to be.

Our methods include various psychological approaches such as Nuero Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Grounding, Coaching, and Traditional Psycho Therapy to ensure that each individual authentically connect to their core values and achieve their goals, in competition, academically, socially, and in their family structure.

We as individuals are constantly changing and we must adapt and grow accordingly so we stay in tuned with ourselves, our goals, and our life purpose.
